The Service Provider acknowledges that it has no rights to use, share, or disclose any information owned by the Client for any purpose other than as expressly authorized by the Client.

3. Access to Candidate Information

The Service Provider may access Candidate information as necessary to perform its services. This access is strictly limited to the scope of services agreed upon with the Client. The Service Provider will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Candidate information against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

4. Candidate Rights

Candidates have the right to request the deletion of their personal information at any time. Such requests can be made directly to the Client or to the Service Provider. Upon receiving a deletion request, the Service Provider will assist the Client in fulfilling this request in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

By default, all Candidate information will be stored indefinitely by the Service Provider unless otherwise specified in the agreement with the Client. The Client is responsible for managing the information in accordance with their own privacy policy and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws. The Client must regularly review and delete any information that is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
